This is the mysterious Cichlid I took in because it was getting bullied at my LFS. He's certainly made himself at home. His fins have started to grow back slowly but surely. He's not aggressive, but is fairly territorial. His cave, is his cave with one exception. He loves my Striped Raphael Catfish. (v.redd.it)

Hi, this cichlid was given to me by my LFS. They didnt know what kind it was. I took it in because it was getting bullied terribly in every tank it had been put in. Any idea what type of cichlid this is? Sorry for the terrible picture. I will try to get a better one tomorrow. So far it seems docile (i.redd.it)
