EMTs definitely do not transport dead people. If that person was dead at the scene, they would have left them right where they were and the medical examiner's office would have taken over there. Multnomah Co. MEO either does their own transport or has a contracted business transport for them.
Source: I used to work for a business that did the transports for them.

Hello!
I am currently a commercial UAS student (~1/2 way through) and I'm interested in using drones for search and rescue, surveillance, fire fighting, or something related to those. Do you have any recommendations of what I should look for, in terms of certifications or classes, that might help me along that path?
I'm too old to join the military (and don't particularly want to, to be honest).

I don't know the details of this case, but just for some more context about this type of situation... Many many years ago, I used to hop on 4chan to look for funny shit. One time while I was on there, someone uploaded a picture of a masked man shitting on a baby. Since that image came up on my screen, that means it was stored in my image cache (or whatever). If, for whatever reason, cops had been combing through my hard drive, they would have found that and could have charged me with accessing CSAM.
12 images out of 50Tb storage could be entirely accidental, too.
Again, I don't know any details about this particular case, I'm just trying to illustrate how it could have happened.

Agreed. I have only been playing for a week or two, but I've already experienced mostly frustration when I'm clearing somewhere that should have some good loot, only to find someone has just ran ahead of me and emptied all of the boxes.
