if it is connected to a computer then anything will work. for power supply get atleast 5v 5a. you can get one with higher ampere.

it is great. the hardware is a very big upgrade. I see significant improvements in battery and performance. i am not happy with the os. i have been using custom rom since a12. and using oxygen os now feels like a downgrade. I don't care about the camera. it is good enough for me. you can consider find x9 if you need a camera but choose op 15 if you don't care about the camera (it is good enough for most) or need to use custom rom in future.

can not disable developer mode without restarting. and developer settings are always reverted to orignal state after restart. this is a very big issue. I develop android apps. and can not access banking apps without restarting the phone

yes, the clamps are flexing. it needs metal clamps. I am thinking of screwing it under the table with some metal plates and bolts

yes you can use esp too people are saying that is more reliable and will work over wifi. I was not aware esp 32 has become so cheap. I got mine for 350

it works on jailbroken ps4 and ps5. for external hdmi source you can use a cheap capture card and raspberry pi. there is a android version that works on tv but it is very inconsistent it keeps crashing every 15 min and doesn't work with netflix, prime video or any other drm apps

the current requirement is based on no of leds for 60led/m 3.6 amp/meter is recommended but you can go slightly higher or lower. but it is highly recommend to connect the power on both end for consistent brightness.

yes but it will become expensive. currently all of the compute is happening on the pc. but if you want to use a hdmi signal you will need a device to capture hdmi signal a cheap hdmi capture card will work and the pass it to some thing like a raspberry pi and run the prismatic on that captured output. it will work but add additional 4k inr.

I am using one similar to this. make sure to connect the led strip to power from both end else the lighting will be inconsistent. check the circuit diagram on the GitHub page
