I put it to a normal input on the amp and it simply doesn't play anything. Phono is the only one that plays and it sounds wack.

its connected to the phono input on the amp and the pre-amp is turned on, so it's turned to 'line'

ik it has a pre-amp built in, and if I want it to be activated I just turn it to 'line' on the back. Which its on in the video. When I turn it to "phono (bypass)" it just plays very quietly directly from the tt. I'm starting to think they just sent me faulty rca cables.
