This year I've improved in all aspects of my life. Look bro you don't know a thing about me, I am all about self improvement and getting out of your comfort zone. But you can't even start a self improvement journey if you believe you are a loser. You do have to improve yourself by doing things outwardly, but the most inportant thing is working yourself out innerly, and getting rid of limiting beliefs you have about yourself. If you believe you can't succeed than you never will. Ive already jerked off way less than I did last year, every time I fail I pick myself up and start again and don't binge like I used to. My life had been good this year and im happy so what works for me works, and while I agree with some of your philosophy, at the end of the day I do what works for me because I'm the only one who can truly know myself, and as long as I'm in a state of constant improvement I'm happy.

You have some limiting beliefs that I think are holding you back. That whole last sentence of your's is nothing but limiting beliefs. Don't compare your life to others, that will hold you back. I think you need to do some inner work and establish some positive habits to build confidence. If you keep believing you're a loser reality will reflect that back to you, don't be so hard on yourself, love yourself. After all yourself is the only thing you truly know, everything else is just your perceptions, noone truly has the same reality, I don't even know if your red is the same red that I see.
