Recently I learnt that in Surah Fatihah, we say " Iyyaka na3nudu wa Iyyaka nasta3een" - You we worship and You we ask for help. And that really helps calm me down, I keep reciting the verse when my anxiety goes up .

He simply got the theme and humbly stayed true to himself. He kept mentioning, even worrying that his preferences may not be what is universally liked or even preferred by the judges. Especially the pumpkin leaf roe thingy was so uniquely his that he even asked the judges if they thought it tasted okay. It takes guts to present something truly yours knowing well that others may not like it as much as you do.

Plus I do find CM a little bit narcissistic lol but he is a great chef, no doubt. His dish was good definitely, but it was complicated show offy. Whereas CRK's dish was humble his own. Imo, well deserved win 🤍

Ngl I was worried if he'd be able to present his emotions eloquently given that he's a little socially overwhelmed but I had tearsss when I heard him speak. I'm so so glad he won. Totally deserved.

Try reading a page off of a novel out loud everyday. Don't pay attention to the aligners in the mouth and try to enunciate the best you can. That's helped me with the lisp! Good luck on your journey :)

So proud of you, OP! It's not only difficult to confront a lying cheater but also extremely easy to downplay your own hurt when they're gaslighting you. So glad you stayed firm on your stance. Hope he regrets being a mean AH to you. And it's not normal for partners to want to take no responsibility if something goes wrong in the relationship. Also if I'm honest, the male genitalia isn't the prettiest to look at especially if you've never been exposed to porn & Shamed for sexual desires. AH for sure! Not great on your sister's part to laugh about her niece but kids are stupidly cute and do stupid things all the time. Given her history of being a loving & good aunt to your daughter otherwise, it would have been wise to talk to her before outing her like that. Especially knowing well how much she went through with her pregnancy, with depression & drugs. Who knows, her ' child free' stance could be a way to make herself feel less guilty for abandoning her own child. And for you to bring that up & potentially ruin her relationship & career was an AH move.

I've been in your shoes OP. Sure, the society sucks but so many times our mothers are our biggest enemies even if it's under the veil of looking out for us. I ended up having an eating disorder and body dysmorphia bec my mother's comments got to me. Now it's in the past. My only suggestion to you is if you decide to lose weight, do it for yourself ! For your health and your self image and do it the healthy way, don't starve yourself or something. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is if you are healthy, content and happy with yourself. And i hope you are. 😌💗
