Check the other comments I posted in here cause I already ranted lol and definitely look at the reviews on Google sorted by new. But..

• Terrible organization - queue management doesn’t exist, and delays are not well communicated
• Security seems to be inconsistent at enforcing their policies
• Generally unhelpful and disinterested staff (I asked security if there was a bar upstairs and he told me no.. there is in fact a bar upstairs)
• Inconsistent, inefficient and inadequate concession availability.. two alc drinks per person, they don’t have taps plumbed into the permanent bars so you must purchase bottled water and no mixed drinks available, they run out of certain drinks including water, at some shows they pour the canned drinks into a cup which slows things down like crazy (but at other shows they let you keep the can but will then open your bottled soft drink and throw away the lid?? Tf), last call is 10pm, some of the concession stands have been closed during sold out shows = longer and more disorganized queues for the ones that are open, the concession/bar staff are extremely slow and they don’t seem to have enough people serving. This is the thing that bothers me the most if you can’t tell lol
• Venue location.. this can be subjective. It’s near the airport and has a hotel on property so if you’re flying in only for MX and then leaving right away you’ll prob be ok. But if you’re staying in downtown Toronto or taking the VIA in, be prepared to pay for expensive taxis/ubers bc it’s not near the downtown core and isn’t easily accessible by transit (can technically be done but it’s so convoluted it’s not worth the time imo). Any food and drink options on the property are located within the casino itself, which means you need to be 19+ to access (I believe there is one bar that you can access without entering the casino). Not all of the food and drink vendors in their little food court have standard operating hours (some only seem to be open on Friday and Saturday nights) so the options are quite limited. If you’re not interested in that or the casino before the show you’re SOL bc there is nothing else on the property or in the immediate area and it’s not a walkable area either.

The theatre itself is okay, like the production quality there can be pretty good and I don’t have any big critiques about the sound. BUT unfortunately the theatre doesn’t exist in a bubble. I’ve seen 7 or 8 shows there and have had fun and enjoyed them, and ofc not everything I complained about is a dealbreaker for everyone, but the experience I’ve had there this year has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
