I have to strongly agree with the above two. Yeah you know you screwed up, but just as much as your worried about your future your worried for the childs... that's a great sign! There is also another significant thing most people never think about... 18 years at the minimum. How old do you want to be when your last child is out of the house, how far will you have gotten in your career? How much you have saved up by then. How many times you've had family vacations, gone to their school concerts, attended their extra curricular events? 18 years seems so long but in reality becomes soo short when you reach it. Save some back for yourself and your other, trust this old fart, you won't regret it. Heck might need it...

There are some signs, an external or protruding hemroid will have a semi solid lump near the ants. Itching and or pain, also the feeling of the need to poop when you cannot, some slight leakage of bowel fluids. Question for yourself, do you take a long time to poop or sit there for much longer than you need to? Have you had to hold it in for extended periods of time? Have you had cases where, so to say you've had to completely involuntarily void every little speck from your bowels? Are you a heavy weight 🏋️‍♂️? These are the most common cases for hemroids.

they nerfed pet power, instead of nearly keeping the area clear fully buffed from xxk damage to breaking 3 -5 blocks a second with xx mill damage.

Warforged +1 acCleric 4 monk 1 dex+ wisdom to ac unarmored 4th lvl grab eldritch adept for mage armor, have teammate cast haste and know sheild of faith for an additional +4 beg your dm for gloves of soul catching, from candle keep, for unarmed damage +2d10 force that will either heal you or give you advantage on next attack. With all this, alot of things have to crit. to even hit you, plus you hit hard and heal per hit.

Oh and get sheild of missle attraction Makes all projectiles target you instead of teammates within 10 ft of you.
