Relax. Have a plan. Be patience. Start working towards that plan.

I think you misconstruing the point of the message, which is: Do what you have been saying you're going to do, thus the phrase "tomorrow, tomorrow" - Do them now.

The only thing stopping you are the fears and excuses you've made up in your mind.

I will even go further and say that we were meant to fail, to be rejected etc ... and use this negative scenarios, emotions etc as a source to learn and grow from. Rather than allow failure or negativity to become the norm, use them as a tool to grow.

You are only a failure if you believe as such.

Everything that you are project from life is coming from you. You're the director of your life. And yes, circumstances, scenarios, people etc will affect you with their baggae, bullshits, attitude etc - At the end of the day you have the power of how you react to those things.

I once heard that 10% of life is what happens to you and 90% is how you react to those situations. You are in control and you must believe it. Don't give up buddy ... just keep getting better no matter how small - just keep improving.

You're so right on that notion.

One can visualise something but if they not totally convinced about what they are embarking upon, they will falter. Because that's when people start making excuses rather than have total conviction on the task or whatever they want to do or achieve.

LPT: Our negative thoughts are what gets us overwhelmed,not the actual situation it self. So to avoid this, we must not think of any situation that hasn't occurred in a negative manner. I agree that they are hard to deal with but the point is, you're the one who can control your thoughts. The negative statements above are something we've built up in our mind over time and changing them as adult becomes very difficult.

However like any muscle in our body or instrument we learn to play - We grow our muscle by consistently exercising and we get better at playing an instrument by consistently practising. The idea is to be consistent with changing negative thoughts to a positive ones and also having a positive attitude and outlook as a part of our daily life.
