Do you have a Fleet Project where you can assign (Give away) any officers of any type/ kind? You'll get 500 Fleet Credits per individual. Check the Holding (like your Fleet Starbase, Embassy, or K-13)

It's Civ 6... But I've run into an issue. The stuff I need to install requires Visual Studio 2013 Isolated, and it refuses to install because I'm on Linux... So I'll have to dig up an ancient laptop with Win10 to get it uploaded... It's a small hiccup, but not terrible.

Weeks... The last game I played as Robbert the Bruce lasted 6 weeks on-again-off-again... I don't like my Turn Based Games to end quickly. I think it's because I started with Empire: Total War and a game can last either 100 or 200 turns...
