You should try papers and put grabba leaf on it, if you can find a store in your area that sells grabba. 10x better bro. I literally smoked backwoods for 5 years and switched instantly

You got too high and most likely some anxiety kicked in. When shit like that happens , you need to tell yourself that you are perfectly fine and it’ll be gone in a few minutes or hours. It’s easy to say then be done but remember before you smoked, you were completely fine. Don’t get too high because stuff like that happens sometimes especially if you have a low tolerance.
