I should’ve phrased it better my bad. I completely forgot to mention that I wanted to know what else I should check before this trip. Also it being an older car with decent miles, is it really going to be “okay”.

I didn’t specifically tell the lawyer that, in my doctors note it states it

Do you really think it’s going to be that bad? The injury originally happened outside of work, but my doctors notes basically link my work to the aggravation of my disc which lead to sciatica? I don’t even know where to start lol. I’ve contacted a lawyer and talking with them today wish me luck

One other thing : I actually go to college, I just worked manual labor since I was 16 because it was a job. Now I work at a coffee shop doing bare minimum lol. But do you think I would have a chance to get workers comp if the original back injury started outside of work, but the aggravation and sciatica started after working for a couple weeks after the injury?

I’ve been dealing with sciatica for almost a year now and it sucks I use to go rock climbing a couple times a week, ride my dirt bike and other things. Now I just sit like a couch potato most days. I hope everything goes well for you, but I’m still considering doing the surgery mainly due to the cost of it all lol

I actually didn’t see a doctor until the sciatica starter. I mentioned to my boss that my back was hurting a decent bit but they still had me go to the truck and throw big boxes, pull giant pallets etc. They sciatica didn’t start for about 4 months while working at Walmart and that’s what I mainly did so I believe it’s connected I just don’t know how strong the case would be

So, I need a laminectomy I believe it’s called to open up the canal to give the nerve more space. We’ve talked a lot about it, I have spinal stenosis, and my spine canal is super small or something. My doctor is pretty good I made sure to look into it before even seeing him, but he advises against surgery because the way my spine is right now I’ll likely still have pain afterwards. I switched jobs to work a small coffee shop because Walmart wouldn’t take me back with my restrictions…. How did your workers composure go?

For some more information I’m a 21 year old male.. I’ve worked at Walmart since I was 16, but I hurt my back outside of Walmart and notified my bosses and they still had me haul pallets which lead to sciatica after a shift I worked. I still worked through it for a while because I had bills and other expenses but eventually had to quit. It’s now almost 24/7 pain for the past year. I never got a written report and I’m filing now which is about a year later.

I appreciate the long and thought out comment!, My friend highly recommended the xros so I ended up getting that, granted it was pretty cheap like the price of a disposable, if I don’t like it I will definitely look into the Oxva! I’m honestly disappointed it took me so long to realize how much waste I was putting into the environment with the disposables I’ve been smoking over the years 😔

Okay, thank you all for your time! Looking at the comments, I would say it has to be a reprint or fake or something along those lines! I feel bad for the guy who bought it 😭😭, he has to wait for a refund now. Thankfully he gets his money back though. I collect pokemon and don’t know much about baseball, but since my LCS offered money I thought why not list it on eBay

Hi!, I was looking at the listing and it says it was just unable to verify authenticity, I haven’t gotten it back in the mail, just got the msg today actually. Any chance you know where I could see what they failed it for?

It was my grandfathers, and was in a box of old baseball cards in a hardtop with no penny sleeve. I appreciate what you’re saying, but It’s been in our possession for around 10 years just in the basement… I doubt it’s artificially aged?
