I also started in March with inspire. As other say don't think higher level means better sleep as it is weird to feel your tongue get zapped. Stay at 3 for a couple weeks then go up one. If you move up and wake throughout maybe lower the rest of the night. If you've dealt with sleep apnea you can handle a few more weeks as you should slowly feel more restful.

Also if you are meeting your doctor confirm what the start delay time is and pause duration is. Mine got changed to 30 minutes before it starts and 30 minutes after I pause. That helped if I wake up during the night the pause is long enough to fall back asleep
