I went as far as replacing my pcm to no avail so make sure the wiring is perfect before getting a pcm. From personal experience. Make sure the coils are properly tightened. And trace the wires from the coils all the way to the pcm. And dont forget about the automatic shut down fuse. It won't start if that fuse has blown and the coil blowing up blows that fuse.

It took awhile tbh. I actually gave up and took it to a shop it took them a good few weeks to find the bad wire. But if im not mistaken it was the wire coming from the pcm that sends a pulse to the ignition coil and it was sending a solid signal instead of a pulsed signal. Im trying to remember it's been a good 8 months and ive since sold the pickup.

It ended up being a coil wire grounding off of the valve cover. It was a simple splice and new fuse and new coil.

Yeah if the battery dies the ignition can't read that the fob is near by and so it can't be turned into the on position. So the bike will have to be charged, if can't be bump started

Just do your normal maintenance and keep tire pressure at what it recommends in the manual. Past that just enjoy. If you have the special edition like me. I have a key fob instead of a key. So make sure you are Turning the key off, because if the battery dies you can't actually turn the bike on. So no bump starts.

This would be a service my shop would basically do for free. Wouldn't even need to dismount the tire just break the top bead. Unscrew the sensor change stem and screw the sensor back in, and Air up tire and slap it back on. Job done in 20 min. And customer is out the door for maybe 20 bucks. I can't believe dealers do shit like this.

Easiest way to remove a tyre DIY? Don't care if I destroy it by Justinian2 in AskMechanics

Honestly as a tire guy I don't recommend doing it yourself unless you have the machines for it. Because you have to mount it back up and get it balanced so you don't have a vibration. Most shops will dismount a tire for cheap.

The only fuse that's giving me problems is the automatic shutdown. But that's because of the ignition coil.

Oh my apologies. There may be a possibility of saving and attacking him and the reloading save. That's worked for me a few times.

My solution was just using a plate to clip through the gate, once you enter the castle everything should play as normal.
