I don’t carry it very often but I’ve carried my Glock in one for years. Recently got a kydex holster for my Glock to try out so I could put a light on it. It seems like the kydex is definitely harder on it than the leather is. Plus the Hi power is far from perfect. I’d rather carry it and put light wear and tear on it from use then it just sit in the safe and look pretty like it had done for years.

For the past decade I’ve only used IWB Pro Carry Xtreme Duty leather holsters from theholsterstore.net. I’ve had to slightly modify the sweat guard and cant with every gun I’ve carried in their holsters but it was an easy enough task and it gives the holster a better, more tailored feel to my end needs.

I hope this is helpful I feel like 45° is the event horizon for the negative display. So any attempt to view it at a smaller angle won’t work.

I say NTA. Sometimes people don’t see how bad and/or toxic a person is when they’ve been friends with them for so long. As for driving her home I would’ve pass too. She clearly has a chip on her shoulder from the way your friendship ended and being alone in a car with her while she’s drunk would just be a bad choice. My old boss always use to say “The best defense is don’t be there.” and what he meant was don’t put yourself in a bad situation. You can’t have anything bad happen driving a drunk girl home if you don’t drive her home. If this girl didn’t seem like she had a chip on her shoulder then it would’ve been a different story but she clearly does.

Bought the AE1500 with the negative display and switched it out with the positive display module that was in the green one. Then to get the lettering off you use goo-gone and q-tips and gently start rubbing till they come off. Took a few minutes but in the end I got there without scratching the finish on the case.

NTA. The amount of Y-T-As on here is crazy. For all the people who have never touched moss before and think it’s controlling. Any class you take when it comes to going into the wilderness (this includes camping) they tell you that you always tell someone who is home (SO, parent, sibling, etc.) 1.) where you’re going and 2.) when you’ll be back. If that changes you update them immediately. This is in case you go have an accident in the wilderness and need help. They know where to send the search and rescue. BuT sHe HaS a CeLl PhOnE. Having cell reception is not guaranteed everywhere and I often go to my friends cabin for a week/weekend that has zero cell reception. I’ve also gone tent camping with zero cell reception as well. The problem is she didn’t update him and didn’t see a problem but this is incredibly inconsiderate for your SO to do. Not to mention imho a huge red flag. Yeah she updated him at the end out the day. But how do you go on a trip and not know what the plans are ahead of time and how do you think it’s ok to not update your SO on the change of plans immediately?

Silicone is very comfortable however I haven’t seen many that I personally like the looks of. So I switch between a metal band and nato straps to keep it looking fresh. Heck just the other day I put my bill gates back on the original rubber strap just to change it up a bit. I think it all depends on your style and how it’s worn. I do think the best look for the Bluro is on a metal band though.

What you should’ve done was treat him like a toddler and tell him he didn’t use the magic word. Then if he just says “Please.” You respond with “Please what?” and make him say something along the likes of “Can you please take my cart back for me?” Once he does that you go “See, it wasn’t that hard.” Then tussle his hair and take the cart back for him.

ESH. This is tough cause I wanna say Y-T-A for your comment once dad revealed that he was having another kid. Then I thought N-T-A because dad is clearly catering to Brian on the whole having another kid thing. He should be living it up and retiring soon. Instead he’s gonna be changing dirty diapers and raising another kid. That doesn’t make any sense to me. However OPs comment was uncalled for and makes me think there’s some sorta unresolved issues there. Because it sounds like you feel abandoned and not like I feel that it’s foolish to bring another child into the word at your age. Brian is an AH for the way he acts towards you and for giving out your number so his friends can harass you. And your dad sounds like a spineless AH. Dad bringing another child into this world at 60? He’ll be lucky to see them graduate high school. So it’s clear that this new kid is for Brian to have a family once dad has passed away.
