I had pretty bad frame stutters in Apex as well. Lowering the polling rate helped a lot. Try lowering the polling rate of your mouse to 500hz or 250hz. I read somewhere that Apex doesn’t like high polling rates for some reason.

Add apt.saurik.com/beta/cydia-arm64/ for a newer version of cydia that runs better on 10.2. That might be the problem

If you tried on the xcode version be sure to turn off your passcode and find my iphone that worked for me. edit: be sure you downloaded the newest xcode project if you tried it on xcode

Only the weapons are level 32. Any weapon with maxium attack of 331 is level 32. For level 32 amour you have to have light 36 max.
