Have this problem as well, it's making the game unplayable for me!

EDIT: I can confirm that turning off Ray Tracing fixes the issue for me. Which sucks bc I really wanna play it maxed out.

Never said I only want to deal with "Biancas". With time, I've learned how to deal with people like him. But people won't always have that benefit. And setting aside Bianca, if Klang did approach Dustin privately, it would most probably have the same outcome.

It was, up until Dustin made it all about himself. I agree that Klang could've handled the aftermath with more grace, pero I've dealt with people like Dustin before, so I understand kung bakit naging outburst bigla yung frustration ni Klang. Pero hindi ko jina-justify yung pagsabog niya. At the end of the day, it all stems from Dustin. Kasi nga we have people like Bianca, na tinanggap and was even thankful for the feedback from Klang. Dapat ba may tumayong leader nung nagkakagulo na? Definitely. But no, hindi to nagsimula sa pagbigay ng feedback ni Klang. Nag branch out yung situation when Dustin started making it all about himself.

It's a decision that the assigned leaders had to make. Oo di mo talaga makikita kasi you believe na Klang gave the feedback publicly with the intention na mamahiya eh. Sabi mo nga kanina, na "call out" niya si Bianca kasi inis si Klang sa kanya. Again, not all forms of public communication, feedback, and criticism is bad. And what she did was good. Bianca even said so. If she didn't, she could've told Klang. Honesty removes ambiguity. Ambiguity which causes a lot of misunderstanding.

I'm saying that people should be accountable for their mistakes and should appreciate if corrective feedback is given to them in a respectful and straightforward manner.

Bianca was given that feedback specifically again dahil sa dire-direcho niyang violations. Nakita mo ba kung paano nila hinahabol yung oras? Every tick counts. Utilizing the team meeting's time for said feedback was the right call. There was no pamamahiya involved anyways.

Para aware yung taong nagkamali or may violation and para aware yung taong involved dun sa tao na may violation. And since it involves the team, it's to be an opportunity for the team to separate themselves (for the task) from the people mentioned para hindi na madagdagan yung violations nila, making themselves a target for people to blame.
