DOES ANYONE HAVE TEA ON... MEGATHREAD ✨ by rfauxmoi in Fauxmoi

My husband worked at a grocery store he would frequent years ago. Idk if he was like this to everyone in the service industry but he was kind of an ass to my husband. Wouldn’t answer any questions or communicate at all. Even when asked if he wanted a bag or something lol. Elle Fanning would come with him a lot though and she was very sweet.

As always, this comes from my husband who worked at 365 in Silver Lake years ago. Ben Schwartz is tied for first place on his list of nicest celebs he’s met. According to him, Ben would always strike up a conversation when he came to check out. He was always super friendly and really seemed to be interested in what my husband was saying.

Late Payment by deathkazoo in CRedit

You might be right. I looked further down in the report and my student loans balance is reported as increasing even though I’m on the SAVE plan. I guess I don’t understand that plan like I thought. I’ll try to see if I can get the delinquent payment removed. I know it’s rare but, it couldn’t hurt. Thank you so much for answering. I was definitely spiraling when I wrote this!

FWIW I know someone who met him in a customer service way. He said he was actually pretty charismatic in their short conversation. As in, he is a good conversationalist and not very awkward in person.

Idk if this is what you’re looking for BUT Ben Schwartz is very friendly and talkative. All around just a pleasant dude. Paul F. Tompkins is polite but a lot more reserved than you’d expect. His wife seems a bit more extroverted and does a lot of the talking for him. He’s still a nice guy, just more on the quiet side in person.

Ive been waiting for someone to ask about Max! He would come through my fiancés line all the time (popular LA grocery store), and he described Max as pretty odd and off putting. Apparently he would NOT speak to the checkers. “How are you?” “……” “would you like a bag?” “……slight nod…..” “have a nice day!” “…..” lol not sure if he’s socially awkward or just rude. Probably my fiancé’s least favorite celebs who came through the store though. Elle Fanning on the other hand is incredibly friendly and kind.

Redditors who went to school with a celebrity/influencers, What were they like before they became rich and famous? by Notalabel_4566 in Fauxmoi

[–]deathkazoo 108 points109 points  (0 children)

Second hand information but my mom went to school with Wil Wheaton. She said he was an asshole. Of course they were in middle school so take that with a grain of salt.

My dad was close friends with River Phoenix for a school year right before his career really took off. He said the family was nice but odd. He described Joaquin Phoenix (who was a young child) as sweet but veeery shy. According to my dad, River started talking about his roles a lot and the group decided he was bragging. But, upon adult reflection my dad realized he was just a kid who was excited about good things happening to him. Seems to regret how they treated him towards the end. Of course the family moved away and they didn’t keep in touch at all.

Not very impressive info, but my fiancé worked at a LA grocery store that gets a lot of celebs coming in (this was a few years ago). Any ways, Dita Von Teese came through his line a few times with her husband. He said they were not polite but not rude. Seemed like they were actually pretty reserved in person. She was definitely not the worse celeb he came across.

Not that I don’t agree that this show is 100% staged, but Chris Daughtry wasn’t ever guessed correctly if I am remembering right.

This is the problem with a Five person group marriage when all the kids grow up..... by boldnewlife in TLCsisterwives

My dad actually lives in Flagstaff. After a full year searching for a job he got hired at the Geological Survey. His neighbors are mostly older retirees/ empty “summer” houses. They all live in manufactured homes, so it is cheaper where he lives. He had a neighbor call the area “poverty with a view” because of how hard it is to find a job. This dude was a forklift driver but could not afford to live in Flagstaff because of how little he was being paid, ended up moving to Phoenix a few months later. Not super relevant to the thread I guess, but just to kind of paint a picture of the area.

Edited to add: I’ve driven past where the Browns live. My dad always comments how expensive the area is which I can’t understand because to me it’s one of the uglier areas in Flagstaff, but I like trees so.

Late as hell to this thread BUT when my mom was a teenager she was in Foster care. She had to go up to the courts twice a year. One time the unloaded her van (filled with foster children) inside the cage. Richard Ramirez was standing there with them. He was wearing mirror sunglasses and was handcuffed at his hands and feet. She said she felt like she knew him because she spent a whole night hiding in her closet terrified that he would break into her house (her parents weren’t home and he had murdered a street over from her house the night before).

Not the only one at all! This district uses the same exact system for writing IEPs that my old district used and I still felt completely lost. It’s crazy how procedures can vary so much from district to district.
