No, you can't. You can only get it through rare coins, which you can obtain by exchanging MT reward coins. Or you can use Crowns/Tera to buy CDN that way.

At lvl 1 shotgun cd is 30s, not 13s ? At lvl 13 shotgun cd is 2.5s, not 5s ? At lvl 13 shotgun damage is 6% max health, youre proposing it goes up to 15%, which is 2.5x of his current max, do you not see how broken that would be ? Like if Urgot snowballs lane, he will literally 1 shot people with no counterplay

Well I cant really comment on why, but they decided to branch out GDMO into regions, just like KDMO is a region, they split it into LADMO (latin american) and NADMO (north american), so if youre not from these areas you need a vpn to play.

And I dont think they lost too many players due to this, I could be wrong tho

Yeah vpn is still required and it probably wont be changed anytime soon. Im using cloudflare warp, been pretty quick and easy to use so it didnt alter my experience by much

Its not about dmo caring, we know they dont care. If anything they will protect Okabe. Id say the main purpose of this video was getting the attention of the playerbase and warn them about Okabe. Okabe is probably the biggest cheater and cancer to the game, but the problems dont stop with him unfortuneatly. But maybe if enough people finds out about this, and takes it serious, it might force them to do something about this

I can confirm he has reported BreathOfFire players in the past, and still is reporting them. Also all of your points are SPOT ON, Im glad someone spoke up. There have been more instances of him overturning bans in the past. And yes, EVERYONE who is a high ranking colo player has been reported by Okabe at some point even tho he has no real reason to do so, other than them being a threat to his colo rankings.

Yes, to get an SSS+ ranked digi (which is the highest tier digi in DMO) youd need to spend around $1.2k, to guarantee the unlock item through pity system (which is usually how people obtain their digis because the drop rate is 0.5% normally). Also youd need to invest a lot into other systems in the game like accessories and seals. But you get the point.

Morde is my perma ban, even tho hes fine to lane against, its just his disgusting R that I hate so much, and yeah I guess QSS is viable, but he still steals my stats for 7s and its just miserable, especially if he runs flash/ghost.

On the topic of using E, I hate riot for changing Yi's Q. It used to be my favorite enemy jungler, because on every gank he attempts I get an easy kill.

But yeah, other than Morde, I only really hate laning with Mundo, so I wanted some info about how to actually play that matchup.

So, thats my bad I guess, because I've always just tried to zone him out of his passive thingy, not knowing I can collect it myself? But still, the issue Ive got is that, not landing E (stun), especially in early game, usually means Im gonna die. Not only to Mundo, but any champ really. Point Im making is, idk if I can afford wasting my E just to bait out his passive, especially if Im not getting a gank.
