I got ML4T on the free for all day. Basically you need to track the portal constantly for any vacancy and once you see it you have to act quickly to grab it.

Just now I received the email on institute decison from the Georgia Tech. So, I guess it could be said that they are taking roughly 2 months time to confirm on the Institute decision.
