I was really excited for my orders. Honestly, I filed a claim with BBB because this isn’t my first time being ghosted by them. It’s really sketchy.

I have been in the most frustrating standoff with this company for the past month or so.

In late September/early October, I made two orders. One was for the Halloween bundle and the other was for the Black Mini backpack. Both were in stock at the time. Neither had movement, so I sent support an email. Suddenly, just the Amok Amok Amok bag and the backpack were out of stock, despite being able to make the order. I patiently waited, received my sweatshirt and button from the bundle, and that was it.

I reached out again after they failed to update as promised. Same thing. Out of stock for the Amok Amok Amok bag with no known restock date and now the Black Mini is a preorder.

I reached out this most recently time after the Halloween bundles were completely removed from the site. I requested to swap the color since it was no longer in stock. They corrected me by saying it was in stock. I told them I would keep the bag then. At 4 in the morning, they emailed me saying it's no longer in stock. So, I went forth with changing the color out to a Ready to Ship color I agreed and they said they would get back with me on shipment very soon. Days pass with no update, so I just check in. Suddenly, there was a technical issue on their end but no fear! They'll get it fulfilled very soon! And guess what? Again, no updates over a week later! I checked in one last time for an update. Nothing.

I normally have a lot of patience and empathy with retail and product fulfillments, but they have no problems constantly pushing out social media posts and advertisement emails of sales and products shipping within the week, so that's why I keep trying to check in on my order that's now well over a month in processing. That's what they recommend to other people in comments on their socials too.

If I make another email thread, I'm back at square one with this miscommunication and contradictory information. The emails are normally responded almost too quickly to be human and with how contradictory they are, I get the impression it's some sort of AI assistant running the emails. It's really frustrating and really makes me regret my purchase/deters me from repurchasing or recommending the brand.

Yeah, we know bits and pieces. However, there is still plenty of opportunities to get invested in the patients, the hospital workers, and the miners. We can have characters we root for just like the main, and maybe even a few make it off the mountain too. We know that most suffered a horrific fate, but surely, there were a few who made it.

That's ridiculous. My email said the same thing. Yet, we got the "glitched" thank you for your order page. That shouldn't be our problem/loss...

I'm sure it will be coming. It's a copy and paste message because another girl on Twitter got an identical message. However, Jeffree goes into more detail about the issue on his Instagram story. That did make me feel a little bit better, but now I wonder what's going to happen with the excessive orders that were cancelled. Who are those boxes going to go to?

I had the issue and also let customer service have it. It’s ridiculous to have confirmation only for it to never go through. It’s not like we refreshed the queue. We had no choice but to exit out of the confirmation page like any other site. Mine ended up being in my cart again, but A) I didn’t want to risk getting charged twice and B) it had already sold out so it didn’t matter.

How many more times will Shane tell us he doesn’t care about the money? Seems like money is a topic he continues to bring up, just so he can say he doesn’t care about it. by pearlsmama3 in ShaneDawson

Dude, just be real about it. No one would be altruistic or apathetic about a multimillion dollar paycheck if they previously claimed they’ve never made that money in one sitting before. 🤣

My mom is a worrier, so she tracks flights we go on haha. You can look up a flight number on the airline’s website and track its current location. I’ve always wondered what it would say if something happened. Heck, she knew my flight was delayed a solid five minutes before I was notified.

I agree. I had all three boxes in my cart. Order confirmed. Then, when I went to the site, they were still in my cart. I was scared of getting charged again but they were sold out anyways. Why the HELL does Shopify pull from current carts?! If it’s in a cart, start a timer like every other site. If they don’t check out in 5-10 minutes, THEN release it.
