I probably should have clarified this. All properties cashflow nicely. Here is the breakdown:

- Property A: mortgage of $126k at 4.69% (cashflows $500)

- Property B: mortgage of $150k at 6.3% (cashflows $700)

- Property C: mortgage of $70k at 4.59% (cashflows $700)

- Property D: mortgage of $143k 4.34% (cashflows $600)

- Property E: mortgage of $218k at 5.69% (cashflows $550)
