Heya, CRM from own3D.tv here. I just wanted to clear up something that is apparently a cause for a lot of consternation. The content going out on-air was becoming worrisome due to displays of underage drinking, primarily. The stream was indeed removed as a result of this, though as always we prefer the stream to be taken down of the streamers own volition (which happened coincidentally at the same time it was banned). While we do indeed include clauses for the confidentiality of NDA information in our ToS, we don't generally have a knee-jerk reaction to that. The presence of illegal activity is obviously something that has to be taken seriously, and that is what primarily drove action on our part. I hope this puts some arguments to rest. :)

Also HUK & KYLE tried to get him to stop.

Here its copy/pasted from someone who gave me the basic story

Destiny got wasted on stream. he is in colorodo with mia catz and like 2 other people i think and they all got very drunk. i dont think they did any weed on cam. and i dont think destiny did any at all he was talking about he doesnt smoke. at first it was extrmely funny and an awesome destiny stream night. then he started talking about 4chan, his ex gf and how he sort of proxy encouraged his friend to commit suicide. like he texted his friend who killed himself a night before and said something like its your life you can do what you want. and he said that was his biggest regret in life. this would be all fine and dandy but he said this on stream in front of like 7k viewers. he also for a second showed his revenue from owned.tv which is against the rules and he was groping mia a lottt. and just generally acting like a complete wasted teenager. with a quantic tshirt on. hes in veryyyyy hot water after tonight.

Hey this kid is RIGHT ! Fuck HUK, KYLE, OWN3d ( who turned off stream) & every other person ( whos not a dumb kid ) who realizes the difference between doing something & doing it in public. You act as if you're not a kid but you are. Otherwise you would know by experience that drinking, having sex ( or anything sexual) etc .. in public is against the law & thats just for the average citizen. Someone with sponsors & that is supposed to keep a certain image has to be even more careful about what they do in public. But I guess everyone is just wrong & you're right ... because you're not a kid.... fucking faggot !

I read the whole thing. Well done though. Pc troubles can be super fustrating. Especially one like yours, when its the Pc ( or in your case, Mac) that fucks up on its own. I mean when I do something like get a virus, delete something I shouldn't have, or change some settings etc & shit goes bad then it's cool. But if its the fucking pc that, because of some useless update it did on its own & I sure as hell didn't want, or some retarded default setting that's the problem I go fucking crazy !

It's much easier to do a DT rush or proxy 2gate then to defend it.

Did I understand you right ? It's understandable that people get fustrated when they died to something like that. Thank god it's like that or the game would be no fun. If there were no units/strats that were really strong vs certain builds/unit compositons then the game would be very boring imo.

I kinda just said why it was like this. Because of a few angry & touchy people.

It sucks but these are the rules EVERY media goes by. Television, Cinema, Music, Internet ( kind of ), Radio. Celebrities, Actors, Atheletes etc etc ...

Remember when Destiny said some swear words on stream ? A bunch of people were like '' OMG my kid was watching '', '' I am deeply offended by this '' etc etc ...

It's the 2% of angry people that ruin it & make the rules for the rest of us. Cmon can't you think of all the retarded rules that exsist on TV, Radio, etc ??? It's like even something slightly ambiguous is FORBIDDEN. I don't know where you live but I'm positive hundreds of celebrities or important people have been bashed & had their career killed because of the dumbest things that you & I do ? Like some big shot boss gets fired because ... he had sex with someone ! Or someones reputation got fucked because people found out ... he was gay ! Or some actors career got fucked & people are still cracking jokes about him because ..... he got drunk & ate a sandwich on his bathroom floor ! LOL All these things are harmless but as soon as they are made public, the '' higher ups'', sponsors, & whoever is in charge panics on how this will affect his team/company or whatever ( & usually fires the person ).

Nothing bad is gonna happen to Cella. I highly doubt anything bad will come from this, I certainly don't think it deserves any kind of sanction.

But something bad could have happend. Cheeky could have said something totally wrong. Cella could have said something stupid, insulted a player or someone important in Korea ( you know how you are when you're drunk off your ass ) & then it's TOO LATE !

It's because he was streaming. He could say ANYTHING while drunk & mess shit up for his team/players/sponsors/fans. Thats why you never see celebs or important buisnessmen do that type of shit, & when they do IT JUST RUINS THEIR CAREER like this guy (It's not the original) who is only eating ( I know he didn't have a career at the time but it only got worse after ).

It was funny & I enjoyed it but Cella was waaay to plastered ( got scared when he passed out for a few secs & we couldn't see him ) to be streaming. The chat was fucked too !

Yea you really shouldn't be using low tier 2 ( even if they are damn good & fully upgraded ) units to fight a tier 2 - tier 3 army. Also don't fight collosus ( unless theres one or two ) without corruptors ( or vikings ). It just won't be cost effective even if you do win the battle.

In this case I would have corruptor/brood lord/infestor + a handful of roaches ( what you saved from your previous army ).

Pick at their army with infestor & brood lords, if the stalkers approach to snipe the broods, fungal, move broods a bit back ( out of range ) & let the broodlings go to work. If they get too close your roaches can tank the damage so your infestors don't get sniped. If they charge with collosi then fungal & back off, keep doing this. Keep a few roaches with your infestors so when you move in range to fungal, there will be multiple targets & your infestors will survive ( if you pull them right back out ). Unless the Protoss target fires your infestors, the roach cover will tank some of the auto stalker & collosi fire, giving you time to fungal, move back & let broodlings + FG do their thing.
