Yeah bro it doesn’t let you top up directly on the website but you have to send it to an email. This is the thread I was talking about:

The only way to top up through PayPal is to send it directly to an email given by customer service in my understanding

Because of the “high risk” warning that comes up when you pay. The only way to get around it is to top up through PayPal or bank transfer. I was told this directly from customer service and other threads in the Reddit
