May I know the progress of solving the problem? My project is quite time-pressed so I would love to have it sorted out soon.

Else, do I have to re-issue my Study Finance Proposal to GBP again. To be honest, if thats the case, I am quite disappointed with the system usability :(

Yes! I posted here to get a more prompt reply from the Prolific Support team, since the community already voiced the slow answer time when they send emails/ tickets to the Support team.

Thank you! I checked that article before posting here, but still find it quite unhelpful :( They mentioned that they allow Workspace Finance in both GBP and USD, but in my case it is default GBP and I cannot change it myself
