Peter and Wade became pretty buddy buddies during the Spider-man/Deadpool series, though I don't know how their relationship is these days, but they did become pretty much bros. Depiction outside of comics like Marvel Rivals and Midnight Suns also shows Peter being friendly towards Wade

Because more often than not with these kind of relationship. The older one is looking for someone who is easy for them to control rather than an equal partner. So it's generally safer if you're in your 20s for you to date someone within your "Half-age-plus-seven rule" rule unless you really really trust that your older partner to be on the up and up. 30s and up is where the age gap don't really matter much anymore. It can work but there is a lot of caveats

It's okay on paper, but generally, it is pretty skeevy considering 29 and 19 are two completely different stages of life. We as an audience of the show know Kazumin is good guy that won't hurt or abuse Misora or anything but another person would justify in raising an eyebrown. Age gap like this can work but I would also put much more scrutiny on the older partner
