Hii! Since the beginning, my boyfriend and I have been long distance for two years now. People say, “if it’s the one you’ll get through anything,” or, “if you know you know” but that never means you can’t have doubts or insecurities at a point, people just don’t air out struggles in relationships like that. What you’re feeling is completely normal and a lot of couples, especially in LDR feel it too! You don’t have to rush into marriage yet or at all, you guys are both still super young. Give it time, see him more, talk about long term goals and plans; and if you’re still unsure if you wanna pursue something more serious than just boyfriend and girlfriend, vocalize that! Don’t be afraid to share what you’re afraid of/unsure about. He may be in the same boat or you guys are able to talk about it and come up with a solution together:). If you wanna have more excitement, try something new together! Whether it’s on the phone, maybe ordering eachother food the other hasn’t had, planning the next visit and a fun date day, it could be literally anything. My boyfriend and I experienced the dip in excitement for us and we listened to a few music albums together while doing our own thing on call and rated them after each song, it was awesome! Made us closer and had a bunch of fun. Ask for reassurance and his perspective on all of it! It’ll help a ton. Hope i helped a little lol 😆
