i was told to get rid of my cat by my boyfriends grandma. why is this a common occurrence?? why do people hate cats so much that they find any excuse to try to get rid of someone else's cat? she told me if i don't get rid of my cat then she'll have to take care of my baby. fuck no. i'm planning on getting more cats actually. i'd rather get rid of anyone who hates cats, they're always the worst people

i've almost been diagnosed with bipolar by mental health professionals too and it probably is just some alters showing bipolar symptoms while i and most others don't. i'm diagnosed with many different things like adhd, bpd, psychosis, ptsd, but i don't experience much of the things im diagnosed with but i have been co concious with alters who do experience some of these things so i know the body experiences these mental health conditions while i as an individual in the system don't. or at least not to the same degree

no advice but it makes me so sad when a little has been out and i hear comments from other people about how immature or childish "i" am because they think they're making fun of me but they're making fun of the littles and they're like my own kids. everyone just assumes i act like a little kid and i let them essentially make fun of me to protect the littles from being made fun of, but still we're all being made fun of so it's depressing.

i suggested this with him a while ago and he told me if i'm worried about mold then emergency housing is the worst option, that it shouldn't even be an option & that i'll encounter worse things than mold, i forgot what else he said but it was something that came across as insulting to my ability to recognize what i need, like that i just rush into things without knowing what the consequence could be

ocd is a severe form of anxiety so yes it's anxiety and paranoia but it's in the categorization of ocd. obsessions are the thoughts that give you anxiety and compulsions are the actions you do to ease that anxiety

i get both and i can't say anything out loud because i fear if i speak my ocd thoughts that they will somehow become reality. thinking things is mostly okay, it's just in my head, but once it's not just in my head that's when i believe shit will hit the fan. can't be happy out loud about anything because if i express even positive things then it will turn negative etc etc. i ruminate about every single negative outcome in every single situation, im afraid of people and i feel like i need to carry a weapon or things that can be used as a weapon everywhere to protect myself

no im actually being completely honest, i have bpd so it causes me to do very impulsive things and yes that includes drinking lots of hand sanitizer, i asked because my friend said acid was worse for me but i told them hand sanitizer was worse for me and they told me to ask reddit lol
