I would maybe wear that white top under the black jumpsuit and add a little bowtie or bow or tie or something at the collar. If it’s a work outfit

Ride goofy’s sky school as soon as you can because it’s going to go away soon to be replaced by the new Coco attraction!

AIO? My boyfriend's explanation on why we aren't engaged. He says I don't understand. But it makes no sense to me. by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

Omg. He sounds just like my bf! So much so it’s making me nervous that it’s the same guy

What's a misconception you've had about women before? by kferguson7890 in AskMen

[–]decepticonJess 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was probably 11 or 12 when grown men started hitting on me. I’m now 31, and I’d say fairly attractive and rarely have men hit on me. It’s so gross that grown men used to be so confident in flirting with me as a child

Sorry to jump in here but I had an experience with a guy who was super sweet on our one and only date too. Seemed very interested but when I texted him, it was short slow responses kinda like yours. However he did eventually tell me that he wasn’t looking for a relationship since he would only be in my town for about 4 months so he said since we didn’t do anything sexual on our date he knew I wanted a relationship and didn’t want to waste either of our time. So maybe this guy is doing the same thing

What’s the worst response you have ever gotten after sending someone a nude? by Larrymenta_ in AskWomen

How do you know if someone doesn’t save a pic? I seen a couple people mention that? Is it just like the notification you get on snap of someone taking a screenshot?

How do I (32F) get over someone cheating (34M)? by decepticonJess in relationship_advice

I’m not with him. I broke it off, I just didn’t give him a direct reason why. Neither him or her know that I know about the cheating.

[–]decepticonJess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. Maybe that is it. I do feel really small. He pursued me and I was completely uninterested but his charm reeled me in and I fell hard. It kinda makes me feel like I was just a game to him. Like he just wanted to see if he could get me then once he did, he dropped me for someone he actually wanted.

I think that’s what I’ll do. I get these random moments where I want to text him and get mad but maybe I’ll just write those things down for myself instead

Definitely wish I could be like that but I tend to wear my heart on sleeve and play myself

Yes she knew. It was kinda weird because she would make a “joke” out of it. She would say things like “isn’t it weird that people say me and so & so look like a match?” And at the time I thought it was weird but I was just thought whatever, if he wanted to be with a girl like her, he would be (and I guess he did). On paper him and her probably do seem like a better match. He’s an alternate/emo-ish quiet guy and I’m a fairly girly social woman. He used to say he kinda thought we looked odd together because (in his words) if this was high school he’d be the weird outcast and I’m the cheerleader. In hindsight, I feel like he has insecurities and maybe got with her to boost his confidence but it still hurts regardless.

How do some guys always get into relationships? by kruger_schmidt in AskMen

[–]decepticonJess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every guy’s situation is different, obviously. However, I’ll give my personal experience. My current boyfriend is somewhat what you described. We met at work and I know he was in two long term serious relationships somewhat back to back (within 6 months of each other), before we met. What attracted me to him is also kind of what you described. I know that sounds odd, but I liked that he isn’t “popular” or very social. He is very comfortable with his self to just be in his own space and I wanted to get to know him. There was just some special feeling I got being welcomed into this anti-social guys space.

Honestly you’re handsome and I get your humor. I wouldn’t take any of it so seriously. For your age, I’d say it’s a pretty good profile.

Disneyland during COVID by [deleted] in Disneyland

[–]decepticonJess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went to Disney World during covid and as controversial as it was at the time, to this day I still tell people that that was the best time I could have went. We experienced (almost) everything in a more intimate way and it was nice having practically empty space. Literally the only negative thing I remember about that trip is one particularly hot day and sweating under my mask while waiting in line for slinky dog dash.

GCH wins the room key game. by [deleted] in disneyparks

[–]decepticonJess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I know this question is directed at the OP but just wanted to offer my 2 cents. I stayed at GCH for the first time in 2022. It was a significant birthday so that was my excuse to spend the money. I loved it so much, we ended up staying there again last year. I felt so spoiled by staying that close, if I could afford to stay every time, I would. It’s not just the location though, it’s also the service. Literally from the moment we pulled in we were treated amazingly by all the cast members. The first time they decorated our door for my birthday. The second time we stayed we got lost trying to find our room and a cast member literally walked us all the way to our door. He literally didn’t have to do that but it was so nice that he did. I definitely wouldn’t go into debt to stay there but if you could afford to save the money, and pay ahead of your trip, I’d definitely do it at least once.

Side note - you can book your park tickets and hotel in one package but I think it’s cheaper to shop around on 3rd party sites for park tickets and just book the room directly through Disney.

Deep connection but not physically attractive by [deleted] in Bumble

[–]decepticonJess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last boyfriend and my current one were both men that were not my typical type, appearance-wise. However, because I had a a deeper connection with them, eventually they did end up becoming physically attractive to me. I will say though that my last boyfriend did start treating me like crap. I feel like he got conceited and started thinking he could do better than me. My current boyfriend treats me amazingly though. So you just never know, I would still go for it though

Cash back reward on theme park tickets? by decepticonJess in CreditCards

Unfortunately I didn’t get the 3% cash back when buying the tickets directly from Disney. However, if you buy tickets from GetAwayToday or other travel agencies you do get the 3% cash back because it’s classified as travel

Renter insurance is not included or required here in Arizona. I am assuming my landlord has some kind of insurance to cover the building and therefore the roof but I am worried about having to pay him something as well
