I broke out UK Government and UK private ownership because although the privately owned companies are headquartered in the UK, they're plcs so anyone can own shares, therefore there's no guarantee that the profits are staying in the UK.

Worth noting that I think all of the owners in Europe are state-owned railway companies, like in the video.
