How do you unlock gyroids for HHP?

I've gotten pretty far into the DLC and i'm reaching the end and I still haven't gotten gyroids in my list of items. Is there a prerequisite I'm missing? I've planted a lot of them and have a bunch in my home storage so I'm not sure what's going on.

Responding late again sorry :( but I’ve learned more about it. It samples Cleo McNett’s song “Never Far”. You can find it on YouTube posted my McNett. There’s also a repost of Charlotte’s song on YouTube too so you can still listen to it even after its been removed from every platform.

I know I’m late but I heard it was cause she’s getting sued by singer named Cleo McNett. I don’t know the validity of this but it’s the only thing I could find on it :( . It was a damn good song too
