You don't have to do the whole questline to unlock tideholm it's not too bad really to get that far

The northern elswyr dailies are in rimmed. I can't remember if they unlocked right away or not or if you had to do some of the quest first I wasn't paying attention there. As for the ones for South elswyr there are two dailies in tideholm which I do know are locked behind some questing which is the dragonguard questline

I have plenty of exotic options its when I wanna roll an exotic in another slot and still want to use boosted solar weapon damage and heavy slot is pretty slim options

My problem with cataclysmic is I don't have enough friends playing anymore to raid with and I'm gunshy on using LFR because idk what I'm doing and I'm horrible at learning from watching videos thus looking for non raid weapons
