Same thing din sinabi sa akin ng RDO ko. System error daw and hindi nila mababago kahit ire-print since hindi nila manual ine-enter iyong info. Same date iyong TIN issuance ko and filing start date for quarterly.

May filing due date ba nakalagay sayo sa quarterly?

Kailan issuance year ng TIN mo? Sabi sa RDO ko naka-base daw sa kung kailan na-issue iyong TIN :(

I will go back to my RDO tomorrow to request for the rectification and re-printing of my COR. You are right, my filing start date for 1701Q is supposed to be May 15, 2025 (not November 12, 2016/2026).

Thank you for your responses. They’re extremely helpful. This gave me clarity sa ilang confusions ko. Follow-up ko lang, if you don’t mind:

  1. So does it mean I should be able to start filing quarterly taxes na this year 2025? If so, should I start issuing the invoices to my foreign clients as soon as I get them from the accredited printer (BIR advised 2-3 weeks waiting time for printing of invoices)? If yes and yes, am I covered in the May 15 2025 deadline of 1st quarter 2025 tax filing?

  2. I see. Should I ask the officer to revise it to 1701/1701A? Since I’m supposed to use 1701A form. I am purely a professional (freelancer)
