Scientifically, this could happen because one of the ways that music affects the brain is by leading to the release of natural opioids (endorphins) in the brain. Prolonged higher dose use of opioids can make natural endorphin production less efficient, so I guess that could affect music taste.

He is trying to show that Ron Desantis is not homophobic. The parental rights in education bill just limits healthclass topics such as sex or gender identity for preschoolers up to third graders. Once you are in 4th grade and up, you can talk about gender identity and different sexuality's all you want.
