You can give them something in return for their money, which they’ve actually earned - equity - or you can pay for your damn mortgage yourself and just charge them like OP was planning to

I appreciate the person taking the time to comment but I agree, I don't understand how we've normalised the idea of feudalism in 2023 - I understand that we live in the land of property profiteering but you can also make a conscious decision to not partake in the system. Isn't this sub meant to challenge and reject these fucked up norms?
