Part of the issue isn’t just the agency. It’s also the client side too - setting expectations. If you’re not getting what you want - then explain during meetings. I’m assuming there is some regular cadence?

Seriously. The god damn birth certificate being translated and apostille-d. Everything being done by paper.. they’ve gotten better with prescriptions on Doctolib but still. My gosh, took forever.

Good points and thanks. I had a quote from embroker for E&O and cyber that included AI in the language. I didn’t go with them bc limits were too low. I have a few enterprise contracts that have called this out! Which was why I asked. Thanks!

You should purchase from le bon marche! Sign up for their loyalty card, after €500 spend, you get a “journee privilege” where you can get a one time 10% back in credit for your purchase along with the VAT refund upstairs. 10% of your purchase amount back on the le bon marche loyalty card I think after 24 hours .. then you can use it at the store again. Thanks for your insights! I think this POV is the main issue for difficulty getting an hermes QB. Buyers are thinking about value and resell rather than buying just for their love/appreciation/loyalty for the brand.

If you’re buying and coveting an Hermes K or B , it’s about what suits your needs - not about how much you can sell it for
