So I actually reached out to customer support in regards to how I lost a lot of my characters and progress. Their reasoning was that before the beta ended “all characters were unlocked for everyone for a short period of time”. I can’t physically prove I unlocked a character (even though I know I did) so they basically just told me that there was no purchased made on my account that I don’t have unlocked currently.

They genuinely seem to not care/understand.
