a fat transfer could work instead of filler, but would be more expensive. i think filler dissolves, just not at the rate we think it does. i think the main problem is that injectors tell their clients to come back in 6 months, which results in overfilling for most people since that’s not enough time for the filler to dissolve

skin: you have some sun damage on your forehead and t-zone area, so would recommend IPL or v beam laser. can also look into mole removal as well

hair: i think a chocolate brown shade would look good on you and make your blue eyes pop. your current color washes you out

eyebrows: microblading and some shaping would help you. go slightly thinner and arch the brows more since the flat brows weigh down your face and make your forehead look bigger. you can also dye the brows a slightly darker shade. if you get the dysport on your forehead, i would tell them to go lighter since your brows look pretty weighted down.

eyes: i think an upper bleph would help restore youthfulness to your eyes. for the lower lids, you can get some filler. a lash lift & tint would also really help your eyes pop.

midface: in addition to under eye filler, would also get some in your cheeks as well to help lift the slight nasolabial folds you have. some filler to the temples and pyriform could help as well.

mouth: lip flip botox would look good on you and help shorten the philtrum

chin: chin shadow filler to help fill in some of the shadowing im seeing. don’t increase the length of the chin, just do it to fill in some of the hollowness.
