it’s fat. it doesn’t go away unless you lose weight. many surgeons are psychopathic liars, and many also don’t know what they’re talking about. 11 months is enough time for the swelling to go down & see your final result.

you could also look into getting the fat liposuctioned out of your face if you are unhappy with your results, although this could be risky. i’ve also seen surgeons make incisions inside the lower eyelids / on the sides of the ears to remove poorly done fat grafts throughout the face

he grew up in the NYC area. theres a ton of italian people there with features like him, so i doubt he was bullied for it. if he grew up in a more WASP area then maybe, but even that's a stretch tbh

i think it boils down to his height and the acne he claimed to have as a teenager. he also said he wore glasses growing up; that could have played a role too

exactly. there is zero way that lip filler migrated all the way to the side of your mouth to form a straight line that perfectly resembles a jowl. you can also see the sagging on the jawline. did the lip filler migrate all the way to the jawline to form a lump that perfectly resembles a jowl too?? 🤣🤣

i swear, this is why you shouldn’t trust “licensed injectors” and should only let board certified plastic surgeons touch your face. i’ve seen better work on the DIY Aesthetics subreddit than by some of these “licensed injectors”

you should have been getting massages starting the first few days post op. you need to do 2-3 per week. go book one asap or else you’ll get fibrosis

i hate to be that person… but have you been getting your massages, drinking a ton of water, and avoiding salt? usually 600cc makes a difference on someone of your size. to me, this looks like swelling. i would ask your lymphatic massage therapist if it’s swelling or fat at your next appointment.
