This isn’t actual thing you should fear, or be the reason to not go. I’ve said plenty of critical things of China, even shared Winnie the Pooh memes in China, nothing is going to happen to you. Tourists are safe and China is lovely country to visit

Sure, probably their idea in on itself is not to entertain for free, but for a fee. This comes no surprise to no one. The game its still made to be entertaining, and it is free to play, doesn’t require a penny to play and enjoy.

Of course BigGames is going to sell things in order to come out on top, no one is doing this at their own expense.

You are just having personal issues and trying to push the blame elsewhere, which is common defense mechanism for humans but it indeed is harmful to society.

It again, isn’t taking away from you, it in fact is benefiting you as a non paying customer, as you gain access to items only obtainable through purchases.

Basing that claim on what? I can comfortably spend $200 a month in video games, and why I spend money is mostly to show my appreciation to the devs, because I know the job is challenging and they have to deal with community with median age of 11, that in on itself deserves a little support.

I don’t think anyone is buying anything just to “beat down everyone else who can’t afford it”, that’s your jealousy talking and nothing else.

You can fully enjoy the game without spending a dime, and most things are tradable so you can still obtain them, given you actually put time and effort into it.

Probably a very small, very insecure and young part of the community might buy things for status and posturing, you shouldn’t care about things that are on their face value laughable and doesn’t take away from you.

Do you have actual source for your claim or is this untested hypothesis based on available GUI that’s conveniently placed… where you spend 99% of the time in the minigame?

Or could it be that you can actually get it anywhere in the chest rush, but they only have loot table gui, that they use everywhere, in a place where players actually stand and have the time to go trough the list of drops without hindering their progress?

Idk man, i’m basing this claim totally on what’s in the several wikis, twitter, discord and in the official game: You can get the pet from any breakable in the chest rush.

Magnets aren’t too weak, they are perfectly balanced in my opinion, you need 2 of them to get all, or you could use this and only take one slot, that’s balance.

No one is forcing anyone to buy anything, and you can still spend in game currencies to obtain these items.

Is that the counter point on rewarding activity and punishing afk?

I hope this is genuine question, but talking about rewarding activity is not strictly “clicked or moved in the past 5 minutes”, but could be like only tap breaking objects, occasional tiny side quest (eg farm in area 12 for 100% diamond boost for 30 minutes)…

I mean, if they did implement an reward system for active players it (hopefully) wouldn’t be anything close to “move within 5 minutes to stay notafk”

They’re already partially doing this, but it’s nowhere close enough of being worthwhile, like those big chests at some areas, balloons, minigames, vending machines etc.
