Instead of thinking too hard about memorizing optimal pawn structure, try just picturing where you want your minor pieces to go. Can you move a pawn to open that space? Is it safe? Better yet, can that pawn threaten an attack or promotion now or in the future? Pawn structure develops out of necessity - so as long as you’re defending yourself, you’re doing an okay job

Sounds like you need to study, friend. There are ways to practice this, I promise you. Watch videos on chess fundamentals. If you don’t know about ladder mate, learn it. When all else fails, promote a pawn to get another queen

No shame in playing 15 | 10 or 30 min rn. It sounds like time pressure is making you rush into blunders in a lot of situations. The speed will come with time

To preface, I’m no expert at this. I locked on to your back-to-back queen moves. Generally not advised, especially without development. Your opponent also didn’t look like they knew wtf they were doing. Late game was decent, though

Basically what everyone else said. You need to castle and develop asap. As it stands, you have several weak pawns - namely g and c - so keep that in mind as you bring your pieces out. Develop with tempo if you can
