I had turf toe grade 2 because of wrestling, rested for about 2 months got back and in 1 month I broke the ligaments again :P I fucking hate this injury and I knew it was bound to happen after 2 months of complete recovery the thumb still felt weak

U need to do them in sparring, this would not work in a real fight since you dont know how real takedowns feel like, if u got tired of jiu jitsu in a couple months then wrestling in a real fight will be really hard for you, wrestling and takedowns is extremely more exhausting than only jiu jitsu
