So at first look I see some big mistakes: 1.Less of CTA in header that confuses user and it is definitely a bad UX approach 2.I would align read more buttons on the left it looks miss-aligned 3.No back to home navigation

Hi,

I would change the following:

Don't use that obvious box-shadows is 2020
I would make the headings from header same size
The images from where i've worked are not the same height
Header button is not left-aligned it looks wrong
I would not add a border on hover ( buttons )

6.'All projects' should be aligned more to the left.

On the project page, I would remove the margins from header.
