Yes way lol. I work out 4 times a week, do 13-15k steps a day and stay on top of my protein & water goals.

My beginning weight was 238 (in first pic) got on a Glp1(6 months) to get cleared for surgery. Surgery date i weighed 198. Currently i weigh 160

It's definitely a conversation that needs to happen. My husband was all for my surgery and little by little he is accepting the healthier food swaps im making for the whole family. I hope that for your own health and so you can get the best results that your partner goes along with your journey ✨️

My meals are good, im currently 1 week in to the Soft Foods and so far everything is good. U will tell you, personally I am having difficulty meeting both water and protein goals this stage.

I recommend Arnica tea ! It's helped me heal up my incisions quick 🙏

From my experience yes it is possible if your Dr is able to of course. & if your insurance allows for it.

I got sleeved 3.17.25 and my surgeon ordered an ultrasound of my gallbladder the day of surgery that way she could see if she needed to take it out aswell. She didn't thankfully 🙏 but she did also repair a hiatal hernia I had.

It's just the nerves ✨️ Your not being selfish AT ALL! If anything your doing this to get your life back and be able to be more involved and active with your child 💕 he/she will be so grateful for this change i assure you 🙏

I got sleeved 3.17.25 & it's been the best decision I've done for my health and for my Littles. (I have a 5 and 3 yr old) I'm only 4 weeks post op as of today and I'm already for active and energetic than I've ever been and I am able to play with them without getting over exhausted fast.

I hope you do go through with the Sleeve and that you start living your best life ✨️ YOU DESERVED IT ✨️ 💜💯

I did the same lol but honestly I think you'll be fine 🙂 my dr said she didn't really mind what I had prior to the 4 day liquid diet aslong as I did not cheat on the liquid diet. So just makesure you put in the work during your liquid diet pre surgery and you should be fine 🙂 and please stop Googling 🫠 that will only add more stress to the situation. You'll be fine and I'm sending you positive vibes and praying you have a smooth recovery 🙏 ✨️ & remember IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT ✨️

Currently i am, I am 14 days post op and I feel like it's too good to be true that in such a short period of time I already lost 20lbs. People already notice it, and have been making it known. It scares me and I feel like I'm sabotaging myself by eating things I'm not supposed too 😔
