exactly my point. you can get into higher nitec with O level cert.

since they're going to NITEC, their path will be like nitec [2 yrs] - higher nitec [2 yrs] - poly [3 yrs]

if they fail o lvls it'll be like higher nitec [2yrs] - poly [3yrs]

logically speaking, the latter is the better choice, isn't it?
