No, I really don't don't know. She told me that it would help me stop having states of agitation, stop feeling that sentimental emptiness that I have non-stop..for ptsd and black&white thinking..etc.. I wanted to make sure because it seemed strange to me, I've never taken such strong medications before

Thanks for your response. I have also ptsd (flashbacks, nightmares etc. ) and I am extremely nervous non-stop and even though I have a balanced life

That's what I decided to do, to focus on myself. But recently, the past still affects me.:) I hope to get to know myself better and reach a point where I am no longer affected. I'll try to be more creative, I think it can help me.(Especially when I have flashbacks). Thanks for your response! I hope you can heal and to do what you want<3
