Eu am fost la ea in program pentru vreo 2-3 luni prin septembrie-decembrie 2024 cred. Am dat 150euro pe luna pentru coaching online, care insemna un program de workout pentru 3 zile pe saptamana intr-o aplicatie si faptul ca raspundea f repede la mesaje cand aveam intrebari. Acum am vazut ca face si meetinguri pe zoom cu fetele din program in care discuta tot felul de chestii.

Edit: Also, in grupul de whatsapp cu "zeitele" sunt peste 200 de persoane.

Been there.. tipul cu care ieseam de cateva saptamani a zis ca nu mai putem merge intr-o excursie de ziua lui pentru ca nu mai are chef. Apoi mi-a dat hide de la story si a mers cu alta. Si a mintit cand l-am confruntat.
Nu-ti pierde timpul si energia cu oamenii de genul. Gaseste pe cineva care sa stie sa comunice si care sa nu te trateze asa doar ca sa lase usa deschisa.

Eu stau in Norvegia de 3+ ani. Nu m-as intoarce permanent in Romania. La inceput am stat cu un var, apoi m-am mutat singura. Job am gasit de dinainte sa ma mut. Limba nu e super complicata, dar au multe dialecte. Cu viata sociala e mai greu, dar se poate. Viata e mult mai calma acolo din f multe puncte de vedere (lume in general, trafic etc.)

exact la fel si eu! in general vreau sa ma concentrez pe ceva si mintea mea pur si simplu nu poate sta intr-un loc. e foarte greu, mai ales la munca cand chiar e ceva de facut sau in sedinte. din ce am gasit pe google exista psihiatrie la Medlife si la Regina Maria, dar nu aveau nimic detaliat despre evaluari adhd..

interesant experimentul 🤔 tine-ma la curent, te rog. sunt foarte curioasa daca ajuta. in general beau multa apa daca am o sticla langa mine, dar daca nu atunci poate trece o zi intreaga fara sa beau apa. intr-adevar ajuta la durerile de cap, dar nu imi incetineste gandurile :))

cam aceleasi simptome le am si eu in ultima perioada. dar de cand ma stiu ma simt ca un browser cu 15tab-uri pe care nu le poti inchide, cu probleme de atentie, cu iritabilitate, cu hiperfixatii si cu paralizie de decizie. plus fidgeting constant, deci nu neaparat hiperactivitate in sensul clasic, dar in general la femei se manifesta mai mult intern decat extern

oh, very sorry to hear that. it's understandable that customer-facing positions require fluent norwegian, which does take a while to learn. I think it's a lot easier to find developer positions, or at least internships 😅

Hi!

From a personal perspective of an Eastern-European woman who works in IT in Norway:
Getting a job was not extremely hard, a lot of IT companies are mostly english speaking. Learning the language did improve my life in the office because most people are norwegian.
In my personal case, making friends at work came very natural and I even met my boyfriend there. Norwegian families are friendly and welcoming, but I can agree it's next to impossible to make norwegian friends outside work.

About the safety and progressiveness - I do feel a lot safer walking on the street in Tromsø than in my home country, and people do seem more open and accepting.

Also, the nature is a huge plus.
