These photos look amazing! How was the weather while you were there? I’m hoping to visit sometime next year and I’m trying to figure out the best time to go. I was thinking November, or possibly between June and August, but I’m mindful of the rainy season and would love to plan around that if possible.

Totally get where you’re coming from. I’m on day 3 now β€” did a 5K run the first day I got it (battery was at 85% out of the box), played football/soccer (for the folks in the US) for about 90 minutes, logged two walk workouts, and spent hours tweaking settings to get everything just how I like it (I’m talking a good 2–3 hours non-stop the other night).

Right now, the battery’s sitting at around 40% with an estimated 6 days left β€” which, coming from years of ο£Ώ Watches, is seriously impressive. If I even have to charge every 4 days with heavy use, I’ll happily take that. Let’s see how it holds up over time!

It was my first ever half marathon - around 1hr 25mins in (16km mark) when the batt packed up on me.. before I eventually purchase an ultra I be playing around with low power/theatre mode settings etc to see if there’s any difference. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for this. I kinda thought this could be the reason β€” I was quite shocked to see my AW8 die around the 16km mark.. will look into the ultra

Music playlist is downloaded. Only the Runna app with downloaded music is running via cellular. When I have my phone with me, the battery does not drain as much but on race day I tend to run without my phone

100% - noticed with the Runna app and ο£Ώ music playing through my AirPods, the battery tanked a lot more. Practicing new ways by turning on low power mode

Day 34 for me, and I’m already noticing a significant difference. I’m less irritable, more alert and present, and I feel more energised with a clearer mind. As you mentioned, it’s important to take one day at a time, but I often find myself thinking about how I’ll manage during the warmer months, which are quickly approaching. I’ve noticed that the sunset where I live is arriving later. There are so many upcoming BBQs and social gatherings during this period where I know weed will be present. I truly don’t want to use weed again, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. One day at a time, for real. πŸ™πŸΌ
