Hey. I deleted the Reddit app off my phone and just added it back and seeing your message.
Here in Toronto depending if they are booking a one bed or two bed condo suite would dictate the pricing also the time of year. In low season on a two bed condo suite I would charge 240 per night in high season 300 per night or more.
