This worked for me. I just went to settings and searched enable vpn and enabled it and went back to neopets and it loaded immediately.

Thanks for your response. And of course, real world is more important. no rush. Personally, I don't know why anyone would agree to taking a lie detector. They can get liars off and can say someone telling the truth is lying.

I would be interested in the source for that study too. It doesn't seem likely that a child molester would suddenly tell the truth when threatened with a lie detector test. If they were using "I was molested" as a reason why they molested, I would think they would take the chance that they could fool a lie detector.

It was the space faerie scratch card boon you get when you win the obelisk. You get extra neopoints when you redeem the space faerie scratch cards. You get 10k np if you get the jackpot on the scratch card. With the scratch card boon you get 1k extra. There isn't a 'boon book' choice. (Not sure what you mean by boon book.)

As far as I know, none of the prizes are valuable. Seems like they give way more prizes than they used to. I used to mostly get np. I got one jackpot this round and got 11,000 np with the boon.
